Inclusion Staff 2019
Hi I’m PIXIE! I’m an inclusion facilitator and it’s my first year at camp. Currently at Queens university for Concurrent Education! Very excited for this summer and to get to know all of the Camp K community!
This is TOONZ, being in her 5th year on staff at Camp K, she is a true camp enthusiast. She loves every bit of camp, from energetic Monday Mornings to Kangaroo Kourt on Fridays! Aside from the super cool trips we go on, she thinks the best part about camp is being outside all day running around, making amazing memories and having fun with her camper friends. When she isn't at camp, she's in school learning all about the human body and reading books. She is always a friendly face that loves to learn new things, so if you see her, share your favorite fact and she'll give you one back! She can't wait to see you this summer!
Hi my name is SWEEEP! This is my second summer working at Camp K! This year I am looking forward to working in the inclusion program. Fun fact about me is nobody at camp can properly measure my height. I am excited for African Lion Safari, and potentially have more balcony moments this summer.
Hey, I’m KODA! This is my first year working at Camp K and I’m really looking forward to my role as an inclusion facilitator. I study social development at the University of Waterloo, and look forward to pursuing a career in childcare. In my free time, I enjoy playing shuffleboard with my grandparents, watching hockey with my brothers, and taking my dog Pippi for long walks. I can’t wait to make lots of new friends this summer, and I’m really looking forward to all the adventures we’ll go on together. :)
Hey! I’m NUTMEG and this is my 3rd year working at Camp K. I can’t wait to get back to laurel creek and meet more new faces. Some of my favourite things to do at camp are the awesome trip days, campfire snacks and singing camp songs! Outside of camp I enjoy playing hockey and soccer. I’m super excited for this summer and can’t wait to make it the best one yet!
Hi, my name is ZIPPEE! As my first year at camp I am incredibly excited to get to know the camp K community, and make memories with everyone. While studying psychology at Laurier I have become fascinated with theories of well being which I hope to bring to camp to ensure campers have the best experience possible. Named for my high energy and positive attitude I am a lover of all sports and outdoor activity, I am really looking forward to learning all the camp games and songs.
